Include the Apple Account email you want to use for TestFlight.
A helpful problem report includes
- Your iPhone model and iOS version
- The Visitrax version and build shown in TestFlight
- The exact steps that led to the issue
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive trip information
Location troubleshooting
For automatic background visits, open iOS Settings → Apps → Visitrax → Location, choose Always, and enable Precise Location. Return to Visitrax once after changing the setting. Do not force-quit the app during a background-location test.
Before reporting a missing visit
Confirm that the destination is saved as a Place, is not marked as excluded, and that Visitrax has Always Location, Precise Location, Motion, and notification access. Include the approximate arrival and departure time in your report.
